A collaboration between Durham's Brothers Vilgalys Spirits and the beloved local restaurant Pizzeria Toro, Amaro Toro is a small-batch herbal liqueur built around Calabrian chiles and 17 other herbs and botanicals — spicy, sweet, and rooted equally in southern Italy and the Southern Piedmont.

The label design leans into that dual identity, featuring the modern Durham skyline and ornate vintage label architecture that nods
to an old-world amaro.
